Quick Summary

Summary: Maihaoche applies AI directly to frontline auto supply chain and overseas expansion, offering concrete, replicable practices.

1. Business and AI: In China, it uses AI for customer identification, sales lead mining, and supply chain risk-control references; overseas, it uses international sea and land freight data to optimize transport routes and reduce logistics costs, and uses AI multilingual capabilities for simultaneous livestream customer acquisition in multiple countries.

2. Efficiency data: Leveraging sales, insurance, and other data to forecast regional sales potential, it acquires leads at scale on Douyin and Xiaohongshu and uses them to guide targeted procurement. Overall supply chain efficiency improves 20%-30%, mainly from better inventory turnover, through linked demand forecasting, lead generation, and targeted procurement.

3. Organizational execution: It creates technology business partner roles embedded in business units, incorporates AI usage and cost/efficiency improvements into department heads' KPIs, and strictly assesses labor costs; frontline resistance must be overcome through top-down push.

4. Overseas expansion and pricing: It adapts locally, sending staff to root themselves in markets and using local teams and partners; where Azerbaijan policy does not allow overseas systems to connect, it switches to manual operations; it charges system service fees based on final service outcomes, not for Token consumption.

Summary: For brands, the lesson is to use AI and localized channels for customer acquisition, judge demand with data, and charge based on service outcomes.

1. Marketing and customer acquisition: Overseas, AI multilingual capabilities enable simultaneous livestream customer acquisition in multiple countries, with higher efficiency and more controllable costs; traditional methods rely on local teams and offline channels.

2. Channel building: In Central Asia, it respects Muslim culture, builds sales networks suited to local conditions, and hires local teams at scale for sales; in the Middle East, it leverages local resources, splits large orders into smaller ones and bulk supply into fragmented orders for small and midsized auto dealers, and thoroughly understands local employees, partners, and government rules.

3. Demand and services: It uses multidimensional data such as sales and insurance to forecast regional sales potential, and uses leads from Douyin and Xiaohongshu to guide targeted procurement; profit points keep evolving from warehousing and logistics, supply chain finance, and technology services to lead acquisition systems and AI customer acquisition services.

4. Pricing: It does not believe Token-based payment will become an industry standard; payment should center on realized value, with customers paying for final service outcomes rather than Token consumption.

Summary: Sellers should watch three major growth markets, opportunities from AI tools, and responses to regulatory, cultural, and logistics risks.

1. Growth markets: After more than three years of overseas expansion, it focuses on Central Asia to Russia and Belarus, the Middle East to North Africa, and Southeast Asia, covering 19 countries; businesses include whole-vehicle sales, auto supply chain services, auto leasing, and two-wheeler sales.

2. Opportunities and tools: AI multilingual simultaneous livestreaming across countries improves customer acquisition efficiency with controllable costs; in China, AI supports customer identification, lead mining, and supply chain risk-control references; supply chain efficiency rises 20%-30%, mainly through better inventory turnover.

3. Risk warnings: Regional industrial environments, regulatory policies, and cultural differences vary greatly; Azerbaijan does not allow overseas systems to connect, so operations must switch to manual work; Middle East tensions cause logistics volatility; copying domestic models and standard processes unchanged can sometimes become an obstacle.

4. Response and cooperation: Send staff to root themselves locally, find local partners, build local customer bases, and use local teams extensively; in the Middle East, split large orders into smaller ones and bulk supply into fragmented orders for small and midsized dealers; shift the business toward serving local dealers that focus on overseas retail; charge system service fees, with customers paying for final outcomes.

Summary: Factories can see a practical path for supply chain digitalization, cost reduction and efficiency gains, and overseas business opportunities.

1. Digital efficiency: AI is not a point solution; linked demand forecasting, lead generation, and targeted procurement improve inventory turnover, raising overall supply chain efficiency by 20%-30%; overseas, international sea and land freight data optimize transport routes and reduce logistics costs.

2. Organizational rollout: It adds technology business partner roles, with product and research staff embedded in business units to use AI to optimize processes; AI usage and cost/efficiency results enter department heads' KPIs, and labor costs are strictly assessed, using AI-driven efficiency to achieve cost savings; teams become proficient in three to four months.

3. Data foundation: Auto supply chain scenarios are complex and data-intensive; multidimensional data such as sales and insurance are used to assess regional sales potential, acquire leads at scale on Douyin and Xiaohongshu, and guide targeted supply chain procurement; the deeper the industry understanding and the more complete the data, the stronger the AI foundation.

4. Overseas opportunities and adaptation: The business covers 19 countries, including whole-vehicle sales, supply chain services, leasing, and two-wheelers; localization must fit culture and regulation; where Azerbaijan cannot connect to overseas systems, it switches to manual work and does not copy domestic systems unchanged, but delivers final service outcomes.

Summary: Service providers should watch AI-driven overseas expansion trends, customer pain points, and deliverable solutions.

1. Trends and new technologies: AI and overseas expansion are driving industry model evolution; implementations include AI multilingual livestream customer acquisition, international sea and land freight data for route optimization, sales and insurance data for demand forecasting, Douyin and Xiaohongshu lead mining, and supply chain risk-control references; AI capabilities change significantly about every two months, making two-year long-cycle planning difficult.

2. Customer pain points: Frontline employees resist AI for fear of replacement; regulatory, cultural, and logistics differences across overseas regions are large, and domestic systems may not apply; the value benchmark for Token-based payment is unclear.

3. Solutions: Drive AI top-down, set technology business partner roles embedded in business units, incorporate AI usage and cost/efficiency gains into KPIs, and assess labor costs; for overseas expansion, send staff to root locally, use local teams and partners, split orders into smaller ones, and switch to manual work under local rules; charge system service fees and fees for final service outcomes, not for Token consumption.

4. Industry judgment: Vertical large models have positive value but their capabilities remain to be seen; the moat of industrial internet companies lies in industry knowledge, experience, and accumulated data, and AI applications cannot be separated from massive data.

Summary: Marketplace sellers should watch Maihaoche's platform business mix, AI operations, overseas compliant operations, and pricing trends.

1. Platform business: It serves small and micro auto dealers and overseas auto dealers with vehicle sources, procurement funding support, warehousing and logistics delivery, and sales lead acquisition; domestic and overseas business lines implement AI applications in parallel.

2. Operations management: In China, AI is used for customer identification, lead mining, and supply chain risk-control references; overseas, sea and land freight data optimize routes, and AI multilingual livestreaming across countries acquires customers; data linkage raises supply chain efficiency by 20%-30% and improves inventory turnover.

3. Overseas operations and cooperation lessons: It covers 19 countries and three major routes; in Central Asia it builds local sales networks and hires local teams at scale; in the Middle East it uses local resources to split orders into smaller ones for small and midsized dealers; in Azerbaijan overseas systems are restricted, so it switches to manual work; the core is to root locally, find local partners, and build local customers.

4. Pricing and trends: Profit points shift from warehousing and logistics, supply chain finance, technology services, and matchmaking to lead acquisition systems and AI customer acquisition services, with matchmaking later cut; it does not believe Token-based payment will become standard because value measurement is unclear; the conference will focus on industrial agent implementation, AI supply chain value reconstruction, data elements and the Token economy, and new ecosystems for industrial overseas expansion.

Summary: Researchers can use the Maihaoche case to observe how AI and overseas expansion are reshaping the business models, organizational mechanisms, and governance boundaries of industrial internet.

1. New industry dynamics: AI and globalization jointly drive model evolution; Maihaoche has worked in the auto supply chain for more than a decade, with businesses including vehicle sources, procurement funding support, warehousing and logistics, and sales leads; it runs AI on both domestic and overseas lines, covering 19 countries and three major routes overseas.

2. Data and efficiency: Multidimensional data such as sales and insurance forecast regional sales potential, and AI lead mining guides targeted procurement in reverse; supply chain efficiency rises 20%-30%, mainly from better inventory turnover and through linkage across multiple stages; vertical large models have positive value, but whether they can reach general-purpose capability remains to be seen, and the moat lies in industry knowledge and data.

3. Organization and business mechanisms: Frontline resistance requires top-down push; technology business partner roles are embedded in business units; AI usage and cost/efficiency gains enter department heads' KPIs, with labor costs assessed; the profit model shifts from warehousing and logistics fees, supply chain finance, technology services, and matchmaking to lead acquisition systems and AI customer acquisition service fees; Token-based payment is still far from widespread adoption due to unclear value measurement.

4. Overseas governance and policy implications: Regional regulatory and cultural differences are large; Azerbaijan does not allow overseas systems to connect, so manual work is required; Central Asia requires respect for Muslim culture and local teams; Middle East logistics volatility requires leveraging local resources to split orders into smaller ones; domestic systems cannot be copied unchanged; final service outcomes should be delivered and adapted to local conditions.
