事实上,天合光能早已意识到单一组件业务的周期性风险。「创业最前线」注意到,近年来,天合光能的角色经历了从“中游组件龙头”向上下游延伸,如今已经向“全链条一体化解决方案提供商”的方向延伸。

而储能业务已经实现了从电芯、电池舱到系统集成的全栈自研,是“第二增长曲线”。通俗来讲,储能就像一套大型“工业充电宝”把白天光伏发出来的电存起来,等到用电高峰或者夜间再释放,是解决新能源间歇性问题的关键。

从数据上看,储能的增长势头确实迅猛,2026年一季度储能业务同比增长超300%,今年上半年已正式实现正向盈利,成为公司核心利润增长点之一。

而这波业绩增长的主要动力来自海外。近年来,天合光能的储能业务在海外市场发力明显。国金证券报告显示,2025年,公司储能海外出货占比超过60%,欧洲区域项目数量增长超70%,北美累计交付超1GWh,市场布局从2024年的2个国家拓展至8个国家,储能海外在手订单已超过12GWh。

但一个不容忽视的现实是,储能业务的体量仍然太小。2025年,天合光能实现总营收669.75亿元,储能业务的营收为42.8亿元,占比仅约6.4%,占比仍然有限。短期内,储能还无法完全填补光伏产品留下的利润黑洞。

更关键的是,储能行业自身也在经历行业“价格战”和产能扩张的周期。随着宁德时代、比亚迪等巨头加速布局,以及越来越多的光伏企业跨界进入储能赛道,公司的储能业务是否能够维持当前的毛利率水平和增长速度,仍存在不确定性。

除了储能,天合光能还有两块业务。其中,系统解决方案围绕光伏电站全生命周期提供产品和服务,是组件业务的自然延伸;数字能源服务则覆盖电站运维、智能微网、虚拟电厂、零碳园区、光储充协同、绿电交易等更后端的场景。

这几块业务的共同特点是毛利率显著高于重资产的制造环节。2025年,数字能源服务的毛利率更是超过55%,在行业下行周期里,成为公司重要的利润补充来源。

正是基于这些新业务的布局,在今年5月29日的投资者会议上,公司提出了一个明确的方向:计划将组件以外三块业务的总营收占比提升到50%。

对此目标,「创业最前线」也向天合光能方面询问是否有具体的实现节点,是靠储能自身高速增长,还是靠组件业务收缩“被动达标”?但截至发稿,对方尚未回复。

股价下行,重要股东套现超8亿

实际上,由于外界环境变化,近两年里,一众光伏企业的日子都不好过。

2025年,五大组件巨头(晶科能源、隆基绿能、晶澳科技、天合光能、通威股份)合计净亏超360亿元,而阳光电源则靠储能逆势盈利。

行业供需失衡的局面至今没有根本扭转。数据显示,2025年全球光伏产业链各环节名义产能均突破1100GW,而全球实际装机量仅约600GW,产能冗余接近一倍。组件环节开工率普遍不足60%,部分企业甚至低于40%。

产能过剩之下,尽管行业内“反内卷”的呼声越来越高,头部企业也在尝试控产保价,但产能出清注定是一个漫长而艰难的过程。2026年已经过半,组件价格的反弹力度远低于市场预期。

今年3月,上海证券报在实地调研中发现,光伏组件价格迎来显著上涨。其中,晶科能源、隆基绿能、天合光能、晶澳科技等头部厂商接连上调产品报价,主流组件价格较前期低点涨幅普遍达15%至20%,部分高功率产品涨幅达50%,部分产品报价突破1元/瓦。

但到了下半年,根据光伏研习社的报道,光伏组件最低成交价格已出现击穿0.66元/W的现象,组件价格再度大幅走低。

行业基本面迟迟不见明显起色,资本市场的信心也在持续流失。

3月5日晚,天合光能发布公告称,因自身资金需求,华福资本通过询价转让方式,向13家机构转让4685.14万股股份,占公司总股本的2.00%,转让价格为17.31元/股,总金额为8.1亿元。

此次减持之后,华福资本及其一致行动人的持股比例从11.16%降至8.35%。

如今回头看,这笔减持更像是一次精准的“止损”,截至7月27日收盘,公司股价已跌至13.01元/股,较2月4日22.67元/股的高点,跌幅超过40%。

重要股东下场减持套现,难免动摇资本市场上投资者的信心。虽然,公司如今靠着出售资产,暂时收窄了亏损规模,但问题也随之而来,天合光能手里还有多少“牌”可以打?

卖资产确实能在短期内改善报表、补充现金流,但这是一种不可持续的“补血”方式。如今,行业出清仍在半途,当优质资产逐步处置完毕,天合光能的体面业绩还能撑多久?
