这样卖鞋的场景,在这场展会里并不罕见。据不完全统计,Formnext Asia展会上至少有18家企业涉及3D打印鞋应用。在众多展台间,3D打印鞋成为了最吸睛也和最容易被普通观众当场“种草”的产品。

03 3D打印鞋走向真正的产业

任何逛Formnext Asia展会的人大概都很难不被3D打印鞋吸引,毕竟它足够有趣吸睛,而且款式丰富。3D打印鞋的工艺现在已经成熟了不少,不止能生产沙滩鞋、拖鞋这样简单的款式,运动鞋、凉鞋也可以做。相比普通的鞋,它的优点在于透气、舒适,而且防水、无需刷洗,脏了水冲即可。

据不完全统计,Formnext Asia展会上至少有18家企业涉及3D打印鞋应用,从3D打印设备厂商到材料厂、解决方案提供商,覆盖产业全链条。本届展会还举办了首届国际3D打印鞋履设计大奖,包括3D打印鞋履设计类奖项、品牌类奖项、设备类奖项、材料类奖项以及综合类奖项五大部分组成,同时邀请全球3D打印鞋履顶尖设计师及从业者作为评委,助力共同推动3D打印鞋的产业化。

据介绍,3D打印鞋目前主要采用光固化和FDM两种技术,FDM成本低但耗时长,如果采用光固化技术一双鞋的成本是100元,FDM只需要四五十元,但打印耗时可能长达十小时(光固化大约4 小时),而且鞋面弹性稍差。在耗材方面,树脂材料和TPE、TPU材料都可以打印3D打印鞋,但只有树脂材料能达到售卖标准,效果更好。

目前,3D打印鞋的整体售价并不低,基本在五六百元甚至更高,现场一些展商会通过打折促销吸引消费者尝试,促销价也在三四百元左右。

据3D打印厂商空实科技的工作人员介绍,目前3D打印鞋的价格没有“被打下来”,主要是因为生产工艺还没有实现纯自动化,打印之后还要人工打磨、喷漆、烘烤等,整体产量比较受限,一个五六十人的工厂每天的产能也只有300双,而这已经是行业内比较好的水平。

“产能受限其实对小卖家更友好,因为它有护城河,不是说只要投资得起,就能大批量生产,这样的话容易出现遮天蔽日的头部大卖家”,这名工作人员谈道。

04 金属3D打印爆发

“昨天我一个人就触达了13个意向客户,我们这么多人,一天至少收获100多个(客户)吧”,金属3D打印企业铬莱铂的工作人员在Formnext展会上说道。

据其介绍,金属3D打印可以用在各行各业,比如有一个客户找他打印定制的别墅扶梯,这是他也没有尝试的领域。但是成本算下来,比传统的人工弯折要低很多,制作时间也会缩短一些。

和金属3D打印相对的是非金属3D打印,就是常见的塑料、树脂、陶瓷、石膏等,而金属3D打印集中在不锈钢、钛合金、铝合金、铜、金等材料,几乎清一色是工业级。

金属3D打印最早起源于军工和航空航天等对成本不敏感、对性能要求极高的领域;随后逐步渗透到医疗牙科、汽车、工业模具等民用工业场景。而在今年展会上最直观的感受是,它在进一步向消费电子、珠宝、人形机器人等更贴近终端消费者的领域拓展。

现场大量金属3D打印设备厂商和打印服务提供商共用展位。一家服务商告诉我们,他们原本做树脂打印起家,正是看准了金属3D打印的爆发窗口,果断转型,去年专门在东莞落地了新工厂,全职做工业级金属3D打印服务。

“因为3D打印是粉末成型,客户会担心会不会掉到地上就摔坏了。但其实金属3D打印的强度已经和CNC铸造的差不多了,甚至还强一点”,他谈道。

05 AI成为3D打印的新引擎

AI已经不只是“生成一个3D模型”,而是开始往建模、修改、纹理、拆件、优化,甚至打印工作流延伸。在展会上,走几步就能看到一家提供AI图生模型和代打印服务的企业。扫码上传自己的照片就可以生成3D模型手办,打印好直接邮寄到家。官方AI专题涉及涉及的企业包括Meshy AI、Tripo AI、Hi3D、DreamTech、Deep-Mesh、美构、Hyper3D等。
