尤其是2021年,长鑫科技启动新一轮融资。但当时公司产品尚未大规模放量,财务数据仍在亏损,技术追赶的路径充满不确定性。基石资本合伙人杨胜君依然记得,彼时多数机构持悲观态度,叠加长鑫估值不便宜,真正愿意持续跟进的机构寥寥无几。

如今回看,当初愿意选择相信的投资人弥足珍贵,也值得这一场等待已久的回报。

其中,合肥国资成最大赢家。当时合肥国资承担着极高的“死亡风险”,而根据招股书,清辉集电、长鑫集成、合肥集鑫等在长鑫科技发行前的合计持股比例约为45.16%,当中合肥国资体系合计持股约36.79%。按照3万亿市值计算,合肥国资持股对应持股市值超过1.1万亿。

跨界而来的产业投资人松了一口气。重仓如阿里——2025年6月,长鑫科技上市前最后一轮融资中,阿里云作为当中最大投资方一笔豪掷61亿元,持有的3.85%股份,再加上阿里此前的投资,阿里系合计持有长鑫科技4.97%股份。目前,阿里系持股市值近1600亿元。
