据了解,此前平台部分类目由于商品的特殊性,商家需要指导消费者接线、安装,调试设备等。但由于当时没有对应功能支持商家看到到消费者端的实时情况,给予消费有效安装指导,十分影响用户体验,从而引发客户投诉等情况。

现在,商家打开商家后台,在多多客服功能里找到客服工具,即可开通语音通话。商家只需要选择语音通话账号,设置可以视频接待的账号,点击下一步,选择在 23-次日 8:00 期间是否接听设置好后,点击确认即可。
